Description:

Some more sauce for you, full of sloppy, fast, aggressive blues leads, hopefully in the spirit of Led Zeppelin's Jimmy Page. I was going through my hard drive and I found this extra take of a solo blues Robert Johnson cover I've already uploaded two versions of, but, hey, I really liked it, so, I thought I'd post it as a respoonse to JustinSandercoe's excellent beginning acoustic blues video, as an inspiration to anyone watching that as to where they could go if they stick with it. Now if I could learn to do it with a teaspoon like Hannes Coetzee, I'd really have something. As always, please pardon my vocals.

The point is, you're already well on your way, so if you love it, just keep doing it, just because you enjoy it, never worry about skill level, and it WILL happen, automatically. I still play almost every day, not to get good, but because I love it & HAVE to.

The other tip I can give you that worked for me is, check out Open G tuning. I could never play like this in standard tuning, I'm actually not as good a gutiarist as the conveniences of Open G make it sound.
