Description: What if when your body dies everything you will ever experience is in the past? What if at the end of your life there is no judgment only the acceptance of nonexistence? What if now is your only opportunity to do, be, experience or feel anything and not one person in the afterlife will judge you for it? |

NLPNVC ::: Favorites 2007-12-20 03:14:01 Thanks for the recommendation. I will add it to my list for this coming year. I will read it on the beach just to kick the moment up a notch. __________________________________________________
anitkithra ::: Favorites 2007-12-19 22:39:14 I have a book recommendation for you. It's this called towing Jehovah by a guy named Daniel Quinn...I think. I have the exact same feeling after watching this video that I did after reading that book, but what does it mean! anyway your right though. I should be doing something besides sitting in front of this computer. __________________________________________________
NLPNVC ::: Favorites 2007-12-19 12:48:58 Madzangel thanks for checking out this video and commenting. Judgments are the hardest part for me too wether it comes from believers or non-believers. I also struggle with much of the labeling. Fortunately I am comfortable with being wrong in the eyes of these folks. __________________________________________________
madzangel ::: Favorites 2007-12-19 11:53:19 It's the 'judgement' part I hate about religion. Simply because, if there was a God, he would be no more powerful than us, because he to would want to know who his creator was, so then how does he have the ability of judging his creation without knowing his creators judgement on him? Does he to make up his own beliefs? For that reason, I can't believe it. But i'm content in not understanding the 'unknown' :-) __________________________________________________
NLPNVC ::: Favorites 2007-12-18 10:12:07 Sounds like you have gone through some spiritual changes and have gained some insight as a result of that. Maybe that is what it is all about. Thanks for the comment just. __________________________________________________
justchemicals ::: Favorites 2007-12-17 16:09:12 Good questions, NL. But as a Christian I do get to do everything you spoke of and more! It's hard to say what people would do if they knew something "for a fact." I just know what I "did" as an atheist. BTW- even if there were no "after-life," I wouldn't feel (even if I could) like I missed out on anything at all! *PEACE* __________________________________________________
NLPNVC ::: Favorites 2007-12-17 15:01:52 I do wonder if believing in no life after death changes the meaning and purpose of life, if so then in what way and how is this useful. I have more questions than answers. Shaolin thanks for the comment. __________________________________________________
ShaolinSKunk ::: Favorites 2007-12-17 13:15:11 Lol, I love the "more sex" part. Yeah, I do enjoy life more than any christian simply because I understand this is all I KNOW I've got; I don't know if there is a life after death, so why risk wasting your life for something you don't actually know for sure is there? __________________________________________________
NLPNVC ::: Favorites 2007-12-15 13:24:01 Thanks for watching and commenting. __________________________________________________
