Description: Jeff Beck, Michael Anthony, Jimmie Vaughan and Billy F Gibbons played a set of blues-inspired standards at the Petersen Auto Museum. It was part of "Deuce Week", a celebration of the 75th anniversary of the 1932 Ford. This was the third song in the set. In addition to the notable music contributions each have made, they are also respected hot rod enthusiasts. |

anotherboard ::: Favorites Among the 3 of them are 2 of the best and 2 of the coolest living guitarists. 07-09-16 13:34:16 __________________________________________________
jessenoah19 ::: Favorites jimmy page like before 1972 live is the greatest thing ever jeff beck is a huge influence on me , cuz they ay he can play is like no one else ever will and billy gibbons is the coolest guitar player ever! 07-09-04 00:19:05 __________________________________________________
brewereric ::: Favorites well hey guys nothing beats t-bird rythum circa 1978 if im not mistaken avail on vynil not cd his best but remember bakc then the coke was flowing and the money was killer. when u get older and stop that lifestyle playing gets replaced by being a father and restoring those 26 vintage cars he likes to show. several interviews he tells of his real obession and how he forgets more than he has learned over the years 07-08-26 01:47:18 __________________________________________________
Paradisereptiles ::: Favorites I disagree with the whole only guitarist in history to get worse... Van Halen. That guy is a wreck now, just listen to the 2005 tour stuff on here. Horrible. I have never heard much JV, so I wouldn't know. I also think that "slop" is great though, lets you know that they are pulling it out of there soul rather than rehersing to death. 07-08-09 17:54:58 __________________________________________________
RogerBiggerstaff ::: Favorites Most overrated in history? You're kidding right? 07-08-05 10:51:36 __________________________________________________
bluez4u2 ::: Favorites I think the reason jlv plays the way he does now is because he also sings. His guitar playing has to match his vocal range. When he is not singing and plays with no capo, he smokes. 07-07-15 22:17:21 __________________________________________________
pennykimbrel ::: Favorites this one is for my oldman danny.happy b-day danny. 07-06-26 08:14:12 __________________________________________________
BucksOwin ::: Favorites Right on, thanks bro! Lot's of good stuff on that search! Cool to see Jimmie with (my old?) Tele! lol RIP SRV..... 07-06-24 16:43:08 __________________________________________________
ih8thishit ::: Favorites just search for SRV CBS Record Convention hawaii - there are several songs. Also be SURE and check out "Lonely Teardrops/Stang Swang" - Jimmie does 90% of the guitar work there, and Angela just owns that song... why she wasnt signed immediately is a crime. You have to remember, this was SRV's show for the big brass and what did he do? Brought his friends to show THEM off.. that's a hell of a man, a friend and a lover of great music. Thank God/Budda/etc for the Vaughan Bros & Texas Blues! 07-06-23 20:17:24 __________________________________________________
BucksOwin ::: Favorites Hmmm....Can't seem to find it with a search for Angela Stehli/You were wrong. Is there a spelling snafu? I'd like to hear it! 07-06-23 15:18:45 __________________________________________________ |
